USA🇺🇸: shipping is 5-15 Days
International: shipping varies from 7-24 days
I gave the wrong shipping address!
Oh no! If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, you can request an address change by sending an email to support@highlinegoods.com.
We will make every effort to honor your request. Please note, that a change of address is not guaranteed until an agent confirms that your request has been processed.
Please be aware that once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to update the shipping address.
I didn’t get my tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking number after 3 business days, please email support@highlinegoods.com.
My tracking number doesn't work!
The tracking information we provide may take up to 24-48 hours to process with the courier.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update before contacting us.
Something in my order arrived broken or was missing.
What a bummer! In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, we will replace it. You have seven days from the delivery date to file a claim. Please send an email, including your order number and a photo if applicable, to support@highlinegoods.com.
Do not use the item or discard anything until you have spoken with a customer experience representative, as you may be required to return the item.
